1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of undefeatedarms.com and any purchase of products sold by Undefeated Arms Company. UAC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

By purchasing from UAC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered under applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• All information provided during purchase is accurate and complete.

• You will comply with all applicable laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of firearms and accessories.

UAC is not responsible for any unlawful use of products sold. All firearm transfers will be conducted through a licensed FFL dealer in accordance with federal law.

3. Lifetime Warranty

UAC stands behind every product we make with a full lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

• The lifetime warranty is fully transferable — it follows the product, not the original purchaser.

• Warranty coverage includes repair or replacement at UAC's discretion, at no charge to the customer.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use of non-standard ammunition.

• To initiate a warranty claim, contact UAC directly. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all valid warranty claims.

4. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

UAC offers a 30-day customer satisfaction return policy on all products.

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Items must be returned in original, unmodified condition with all original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact UAC at the email or contact form on our website. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Firearms returns are subject to applicable federal and state laws.

5. Accuracy Guarantee

Every UAC precision rifle ships with a printed test target demonstrating sub-1/2” MOA accuracy at 100 yards. This accuracy guarantee is conditional on the use of quality factory match-grade ammunition or properly developed hand loads.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. UAC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed. In the event of a pricing error, UAC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Shipping

UAC ships to all states where permitted by law. Firearm shipments will be sent to a licensed FFL dealer of the customer's choosing. UAC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAC's total liability arising from any claim related to a product or these terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question. UAC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits UAC's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which UAC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
